Newlane is committed to supporting students from registration with Newlane to securing their “next landing” after graduation. This can look different for each prospective graduate, but if we haven’t already started a conversation, Newlane will discuss with you once you have completed between 75% and 90% of your course work so that you have a good sense for what you are looking for post graduation. While you as the student are in charge and responsible for determining and securing your next landing, Newlane can help and support you in that process. Newlane supports students interested in pursuing an advanced degree from another university after they complete their Newlane degree in three key ways:

Counseling on appropriate programs to target

Newlane works with you to review different suitable programs for your next landing after your Newlane degree, based on your background and experience as well as your academic journey with Newlane. 

Help securing letters of recommendation

Newlane works with you to select and secure (an) appropriate faculty member(s) to counsel with and write (a) letter(s) of recommendation. 

Help reviewing application(s) to programs

Newlane works with you to review and complete your application to your selected program(s).
